New headquarters of Simac

PROOJECTS has realized the new headquarters of Simac in Veldhoven. The office accommodates over 300 employees. Projects executed the design by De Bever Architects as the General Contractor responsible for the complete finishing, in collaboration with installer Kuijpers from Helmond and Smeulders Interior Group from Nuenen.

  • the realization of a new internal staircase that connects the floors

  • the delivery and laying of all floor finishes

  • the realization of all painting work

  • the delivery and installation of the fixed furniture

  • the delivery and installation of E- and W-systems.
