Built-in package from an international pharmaceutical company
PROOJECTS realized the complete fit-out package of an office building for an international pharmaceutical company. The transition to Agile working required a new interpretation of the workspace. The total project covered approximately 3,200 m2. Features of the renovated office building include the public meeting area at the front of the building, the new atrium and staircase, and the diversity of different work and meeting spaces.
Activities
• Demolition of the interior and a staircase opening
• Delivering and installing system walls
• Realizing MS-walls
• Delivering and laying all floor finishes
• Delivering and installing system ceilings
• Delivering and installing a new internal staircase
• Realizing all painting work
• Realizing all fixed furnishings (reception desk, pantries, lockers, built-in cabinets, etc.)
• Coordinating the work for the E- and W-installations
