PROOJECTS realized as General Contractor the complete installation package of the flagship location of the electric car manufacturer NIO in Europe. The NIO House is located on the seven floors (a total of 2700 m2) of one of the most unique buildings in Amsterdam, originally built in 1891; Metz Building. History is combined with contemporary design: pure, human, refined, and progressive.

Work Activities

  • The demolition work of the interior

  • The delivery and installation of system walls, metal stud walls, wooden wall covering, and special wallpapering

  • The delivery and installation of all floor finishes

  • The delivery and installation of various ceilings (system, wooden, metal stud, and light ceilings (barisol))
