The renovation of DVDW lawyers

In the business complex and laboratory building Plus Ultra, a new accommodation for CSK Food Enrichment has been realized based on the design by Fokkema & Partners. This includes not only office spaces but also approximately 1,200 m2 of laboratory spaces and a pilot factory of about 750 m2. PROOJECTS has completed the full finishing of this new accommodation.

New housing

  • Realizing MS walls and masonry walls

  • Realizing all ceilings, incl. hygiene ceilings

  • Delivering and realizing system walls

  • Delivering and laying all floor finishes

  • Delivering and installing all laboratory furniture (in collaboration with solid factory)

  • Realizing all painting work

  • Delivering and placing the fixed furniture (in collaboration with Smeulders Interior Group)

  • Delivering and applying all AV resources (in collaboration with AVEX)

  • Delivering all loose furniture
